Oak Island Harbour is a prestigious community and many of the features of
the house are standard equipment in these well built and upmarket homes.
Because the villa was built to be a home, not just a rental house, there are
also many additional features that most people wouldn't bother putting in a
house that was built just to be rented.
This house benefits from having not only the usual upgrades, ceramic tiled
floors, Coran kitchen worktops etc., but also the extra features that make
a house easy and comfortable to live in.
Unusually for Florida the House is fully double glazed, which helps to keep
the house cool in summer, (as does the High Efficiency central a/c). There
are ceiling fans in all rooms and a music system that lets you have music
throughout the house and in the pool area.
The entertainment centre features a 32" Cable TV with combination
VHS, DVD/CD player which is connected via the radio tuner to the central
music system.
The Master suite has it's own direct access to the pool, a roman tub with
whirlpool spa, double vanities and a double walk in shower with gold taps
and fittings, the walk in closet also has full length mirror doors.
Our Gourmet style kitchen has a large capacity side by refrigerator with Ice
Maker, a natural Gas range and a large dishwasher. There's also an extra
capacity dryer and washer, and a central vacuum system.
For your security the house is equipped with a Brinks electronic security
system and outside lighting that's controlled by timers from inside the
house.
