Use our online calendar to check our rates and availability. Once you have
checked that the dates you want are available, click on the "calculate" icon
to calculate the total price of your accommodation.
When you want to confirm your booking click on the "make a reservation"
link, the form will be pre-filled with your chosen dates and the calculated
price of your holiday. If your booking is less than eight weeks from your
arrival date then the "amount due" will be the full cost of your holiday.
If it is more than eight weeks, then the amount due is shown as a 20%
deposit. However if you prefer, you can choose to pay for your
accommodation in full at this time. The remaining balance will be due no
later than six weeks before your travel. If the balance is not received by
then, your reservation will be cancelled, and your deposit refunded less a
small handling fee and any credit card charges incurred.
Once you have completed the form, you can choose to complete your
reservation on line by clicking on the "Book Online" link and you will be
transferred to our secure server where you can send us your credit card
details in confidence. If you pay for your accommodation via the secure
server, your booking will be shown on the calendar within a few hours. You
will receive a confirmation page which includes your booking reference
(which we ask you to print out and keep for your records) as well as a
receipt and booking confirmation via email once we have processed
your Credit Card (within 24 hours).
If you choose to Book Offline please complete the booking form and then
click on the Book Offline link.
This will take you to a printer friendly copy of our booking form that you
should print out and fax back to us with a copy of your cheque. Once
received we will make a preliminary reservation for you and you will receive
an email or fax back from us within 24 hours, confirming that we have
received your request and giving you our postal details and your booking
reference.
This will hold your reservation for 4 days, during which time we must
receive the original form and your cheque. Once your cheque has cleared
your booking will be fully confirmed. Again any remaining balance will be
due no later than six weeks before your travel, If the balance is not
received by then, your reservation will be cancelled, and your deposit
refunded less a small handling fee and any credit card charges incurred.

Please Note
The house and pool deck are strictly no smoking.
We prefer you to book from Saturday to Saturday, but we realise that
there are flights to Orlando every day and that some people will be
booking for shorter or longer periods, if you would like to rent the
house for longer than 2 weeks we offer special pricing, for details
please contact us directly using our contact form or by telephone
on 01293 510067.
We only take bookings for our own house, but if our house isn't available
when you want to travel, please do still contact us. Some clients
are very flexible with their travel dates and we do get cancellations
and booking changes. We also have an excellent relationship with our
Florida Management Company who have access to some of the other houses
in Oak Island Harbor as well as most of the other desirable local
communities, if we can't accommodate you ourselves we will forward
your details on to them and they will contact you directly.
