The villa stands in a quiet Cul-de-sac at the north end of one of the two natural spring fed lakes that make up Oak Island Harbour.

Our home is situated 2 minutes off Highway 192 behind Splendid China, on a small prestigous and well established community with a good mix of both local residents and rental homes. This creates a pleasant "lived in" atmosphere to the area, (which unlike so many other communities near Disney is not a construction site).

The grass is green the trees are mature and the whole area just feels right. When you stay here at Oak Island Harbour, you'll feel more like a resident than a tourist.

If you are coming to Orlando you'll certainly want to visit the areas unique attractions. Our location is ideally situated for getting around the theme parks, we're as close to Disney as local rental regulations will allow. A genuine 10 minutes to Downtown Disney, a few minutes to the I-4 (the Interstate Highway that takes you up to Sea World and Universal Studios) and just minutes from International Drive.

We're also just a couple of minutes from the local shops and restaurants at Formosa Gardens Plaza. The Outback Steakhouse, Carabbas Italian Grill, Giordano's Restaurant TGI Fridays and the Red Lobster seafood house are all close by. There's also a Bank and a 24 hour food store!

For those clients flying into Orlando International Airport, you'll have about a 20 minute drive, from Stanford it's around 45 minutes. You won't miss the turn off from the 192, just turn left at Formosa Gardens Boulevard and you're 2 minutes away.
